Fashion Design Project

After recieving our briefs for our two week fashion project, we had to focus on a natural os machanical object. Narrowing mine down to fish and butterflies, my lack of fish drwings in comparison to butterflies made it very obvious which was my favourite!. So getting shapes was the objective for day one. whilst drawing the siluettes of each butterfly i examined every shape i could pull out of each individual pattern. The following are some examples of my sketches to find my two perfect shapes to work with.
